Education is a fundamental human right according to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, it remains inaccessible for children growing up in the island regions of Chuuk. Will you help us in providing education to children in these island communities who don’t have access to a school?
How to support Ric
Participate as a supporter
Island communities face three challenges in realizing education: (1) a significant shortage of qualified teachers, (2) insufficient allocation of funding to school operations (3) lack of school transportation infrastructures.
Prayer
Praying is Participating
Why do we seek your prayers? Firstly, we want to follow Christ while living and working together on a remote island, where we need wisdom and discernment in our daily lives and within the local communities.
Secondly, we need miracles so that public and private decision-makers prioritize caring for student and teacher resources.
Thirdly, reliance on safe boat passages across the ocean and through jungle paths is impossible without God’s protection.
